TUBE IN TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Tubular heat exchangers are composed of two concentric tubes in which thermal exchange occurs in counter-current
between the product (that flows through the internal pipe) and the refrigerant (that runs through the external pipe).
These heat exchangers permit rapid lowering of product temperature and are particularly indicated for the working of
fluid substances (must, wine…), thick and viscous substances (de-stalked grape, creams…).
Accurate machining and the constructive materials used (only stainless steel) guarantee excellent product hygiene standards.
